Refunds and credits

How unsuccessful generations, plan changes, and purchases are handled.

Listd aligns billing with observable outcomes wherever possible — unsuccessful generations restore the credits deducted for that run in the product flow documented in Billing.

Subscription

Plan upgrades may grant prorated credits reflecting the marginal increase in monthly allowance versus your previous plan — not a blanket re-grant of full monthly quotas on each change unless stated in-app.

Downgrades take effect according to billing period rules shown during checkout; previously granted subscription credits typically remain usable through the remainder of their period except where fraudulent use is detected.

Top-ups

Credit packs are only available while you have an active subscription. They generally do not expire while your account stays in good standing but are consumed FIFO against generations. Chargebacks trigger account review.

Refund requests

If billing did not behave as advertised in the checkout or confirmation surfaces, reach out with timestamps and screenshots. Duplicate charges, failed fulfillment with missing credits despite successful payment, and wrongful lockouts receive priority investigation.
