Listd (the “Service”) is offered by Swapila, LLC(“Swapila,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service at listd.studio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding access to your account. You must comply with marketplace rules where you publish outputs. See Marketplace compliance below.
Use of the Service
You grant us permission to process images and prompts you submit so we can deliver generations. Don't misuse the Service, attempt to break it, or use it for unlawful content.
Credits and billing
Subscriptions are sold on monthly or annual cycles and grant recurring credits at the start of each billing period. Annual plans grant the full year's credits up front and refill at each annual renewal. One-time credit packs (top-ups) are only sold to accounts with an active subscription; they stack with your allowance and do not expire. Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction. Outputs
You retain rights to imagery you uploaded. Provided outputs are for your commercial listing use subject to marketplace policies and any third-party model or provider restrictions we disclose. Listd does not review or approve listings for any platform. You alone decide whether an output is accurate, permitted, and properly disclosed on each marketplace.
Third-party trademarks
Names of third-party products, services, and marketplaces (for example Depop, Grailed, eBay, or Poshmark) may be trademarks of their respective owners. References on our website or in the Service are for descriptive and compatibility purposes only. Listd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those third parties unless we state otherwise in writing.
Marketplace compliance
Each resale or ecommerce platform has its own terms, community rules, and policies. Those rules may restrict or require disclosure for edited, augmented, synthetic, or AI-generated listing images, and they can change without notice.
- You are solely responsible for reading and following the current rules of every platform where you publish outputs from the Service.
- You represent that your listings—including any Listd-assisted imagery—truthfully describe the item for sale and meet each platform's requirements.
- We do not guarantee that any output will be accepted, remain published, or comply with a platform's policies.
Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” Automated outputs may require human review before publication. We disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may cancel at any time from billing controls. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting revisions with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
